Option 1 — Delete from the app
When the account-deletion control is available in your installed version of MAFIYOZ, open your account settings and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Option 2 — Request deletion on the web
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your MAFIYOZ account to support@mafiyoz.com with the subject “MAFIYOZ Account Deletion Request”. Include your MAFIYOZ username so we can identify the account.
What is deleted
After a valid deletion request is verified and completed, the account is permanently closed and personal information associated with the account is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, including profile information and account-linked service data that is no longer required.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, enforcement of our terms or other legal obligations. Information that has already been anonymized so that it can no longer identify you may also be retained.
Before requesting deletion
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Access to purchased or earned virtual items, ranking, cosmetics and other account-linked entitlements may be lost. Store purchase records controlled by Apple or Google are subject to their own retention policies.
