1. Who we are
MAFIYOZ is an online social deduction game available through our mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy applies to MAFIYOZ services operated through mafiyoz.com and the MAFIYOZ mobile applications.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process account and profile information such as your username, email address, profile image, account identifiers and settings; gameplay information such as rooms, matches, ranking, rewards, moderation events and in-game activity; device and technical information such as app version, operating system, IP address, diagnostics, crash information and security logs; and communication information that you voluntarily submit to support or through permitted in-game features.
When you use live voice features, the app requires microphone access to transmit your voice to other participants in the relevant game session. When you choose a profile image, the app may request access to your photo library. Device permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature.
3. Advertising and consent
Free versions of MAFIYOZ may display advertising provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Advertising technologies may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions and other information permitted by your device settings and applicable law. Where required, we request advertising consent through an appropriate consent management flow before using data for personalized advertising.
4. Purchases and Premium
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information and purchase status needed to validate purchases, provide entitlements, prevent fraud and support refunds or account issues.
5. Push notifications
If you enable notifications, we may process a device push token and notification preferences so that we can deliver game, account or service notifications. You can change notification permissions from your device settings.
6. How we use information
- Provide accounts, matchmaking, rooms, ranking, social and gameplay features.
- Operate real-time voice and other communications you choose to use.
- Deliver purchases, rewards, Premium benefits and advertising.
- Protect players, investigate abuse, enforce rules and prevent fraud.
- Maintain, diagnose and improve performance, reliability and security.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
7. Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, real-time communications, push notifications, analytics, advertising, content delivery and payment verification. These providers process information only for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy requirements.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate MAFIYOZ, maintain account integrity, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and enforce agreements. Retention periods can differ by data type. Some temporary game or communication data may be deleted sooner as part of normal service operation.
9. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your MAFIYOZ account and associated personal information. Visit mafiyoz.com/delete-account for the current deletion method. Certain records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or other legitimate legal purposes.
10. Children
MAFIYOZ is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted for the service in their country. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Age requirements and store ratings may vary by jurisdiction.
11. International processing
MAFIYOZ is designed as a global service. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where our infrastructure or service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
