1. Acceptance
By creating an account, downloading or using MAFIYOZ, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your account credentials and activity performed through your account. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate another person through, or misuse an account.
3. Gameplay and fair play
Deception that is part of normal Mafia gameplay is allowed. Cheating, exploiting software defects, collusion outside permitted game mechanics, automated play, harassment, threats, illegal activity and attempts to disrupt the service are not allowed.
4. Voice and community features
You are responsible for content you communicate through MAFIYOZ. Voice or social features may be restricted, muted or suspended where necessary to protect players or enforce our Community Guidelines.
5. Virtual currency, items and Premium
Virtual currency, cosmetic items, rewards and Premium entitlements are digital service features, have no cash value outside MAFIYOZ and may not be exchanged for real money unless we expressly state otherwise. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable store terms and refund processes.
6. Advertising
Free access may include advertising. Premium or other products may modify the advertising experience as described in the app at the time of purchase.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate suspected rule violations and take proportionate action, including warnings, content restrictions, temporary suspension or account termination. Serious abuse, security threats or fraud may result in immediate action.
8. Service availability
Online services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates or circumstances outside our control. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
9. Intellectual property
MAFIYOZ branding, software, visual assets and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.
10. Termination and deletion
You may stop using MAFIYOZ at any time and may request account deletion at mafiyoz.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms or applicable law are seriously or repeatedly violated.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
